How we work with sustainability
Since the construction and property industry account for one third and one fifth, respectively, of Sweden’s waste and emissions, our sustainability efforts are of great significance. On the one hand, we have our own ambitious goals. We also partner closely with others, and involve ourselves in the climate plans and policies of our tenants and the government authorities so that we can achieve a better effect for our initiatives together. Furthermore, Castellum supports international agreements such as the Paris Agreement, and displays leadership in getting the industry as a whole to reduce its climate impact.

Some of our ambitious sustainability goals
- 200 photovoltaic installations by 2030 as part of the '100 on Solar' programme
- Net-zero greenhouse gas emissions across the value chain by 2040
- Re-use in all projects
